STUDIO POLICIES
BOOKING FEE
The booking fee is non-refundable—no exceptions. If you permanently cancel your appointment, any payments made will not be refunded. However, the booking fee will be credited toward your invoice total.
POSTPONEMENTS
Except in cases of emergency or illness, postponements require at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. You must reschedule at the time of the postponement, and your new appointment date must be within 30 days of the original session date.
DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS AND PRE-PAID SESSIONS
Promotional vouchers and discounted pre-paid sessions/packages must be used within one year of purchase. After one year, the amount paid can be applied as a studio credit toward a regularly priced session.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PURCHASED PHOTOS
High-resolution digital images will be delivered approximately four weeks after you finalize your selections. If you have a specific deadline, please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
PHOTO SELECTIONS
A proof gallery link will be sent within 24 hours after your session. The gallery will be available for 72 hours, and you must make your selections within that timeframe. Delayed selections may impact your delivery date.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final due to the nature of the business. Session and prepaid package fees are non-refundable. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, refunds or monetary compensation will not be provided if you are dissatisfied with your photos.
GENERAL STUDIO RULES
Please do not bring the following to your session:
Pets or exotic animals (absolutely no snakes)
Firearms or weapons
Alcoholic beverages
Illegal drugs
Cameras or video equipment (phones must be turned off and stored in your bag)
POSING AND DIRECTION
You will be guided through a variety of poses during your session. Sessions may involve some physical activity, based on your comfort level and ability. While we strive to deliver a wide variety of images, exact reproductions of portfolio poses are not guaranteed.
POST-PRODUCTION AND EDITING
Once you have made your selections, all editing is final. Any images not purchased the day of your session will be deleted—no exceptions.
Purchased digital images include standard editing only, which covers adjustments to color, contrast, and composition.
Editing does not include:
Changing your body size or shape
Extensive skin retouching
Tattoo removal
Wardrobe, hair, or makeup corrections
All edits are at the photographer’s discretion, and only images that meet our artistic standards will be released. RAW files are not available for purchase and are discarded after final delivery.
IMAGE STORAGE POLICY
Negroni Studio, LLC retains client images for a limited time, typically 30 days after final delivery. This duration is subject to change at the studio’s discretion. Clients are responsible for backing up and securely storing their digital files. The studio is not liable for lost files after delivery or after the storage period expires.
CLIENT PREPARATION
Clients will receive a session prep email after booking. It is the client's responsibility to review and follow all preparation guidelines (e.g., grooming, wardrobe suggestions, hydration, and rest) to ensure the best results. Failure to prepare may affect the quality of your final images.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled session start time and do not contact the studio will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit their booking fee and any prepaid payments. A new session will require a new booking and payment.
RETOUCHING LIMITATIONS
Requests for editing beyond the included services or advanced pre-paid packages are subject to additional fees. Negroni Studio, LLC reserves the right to decline any retouching requests that significantly alter the subject’s appearance or conflict with the studio’s artistic integrity.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be at least 21 years old to book and participate in a boudoir session. A valid government-issued ID may be required.
CLIENT DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT
Clients must inform Negroni Studio, LLC prior to their session of any allergies, medical conditions, or physical disabilities that may affect the delivery of services. This includes, but is not limited to, skin sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or physical limitations that could impact posing, makeup application, or other session activities. Advance notice is required to ensure accommodations can be assessed and, if possible, arranged. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in modified services or cancellation without refund.
COPYRIGHT EXPLANATIONS
Negroni Studio, LLC retains full ownership of all photos taken during your session.
You may not post or publish images without crediting Negroni Studio, LLC.
You may not use images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Purchased high-resolution images include personal-use print rights but may not be altered, sold, or published.
GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE
You are fully responsible for any damage caused to studio property or equipment by yourself or your guests. You release Negroni Studio, LLC, its owners, contractors, and employees from any liability for personal injury or damages sustained during your session.
INDEMNIFICATION
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the actions or omissions of the other. This clause will survive the termination of this agreement.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control), Negroni Studio, LLC will not be held liable for service delays or cancellations. The studio will make reasonable efforts to reschedule; however, fees paid are non-refundable.
SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The photographer reserves the right to pause or cancel the session if unsafe conditions are present, including communicable illness. If cancellation occurs due to the client’s illness, no refunds will be issued. Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participating in a close-contact session.
MUTUAL NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE
Both the client and Negroni Studio, LLC agree not to post negative statements, reviews, or comments about each other in any public or online forum. Should an issue arise, the studio will make a good-faith effort to resolve concerns. Violations of this clause may result in legal action and recovery of attorney’s fees.
LATE START POLICY
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be subject to cancellation under the no-show policy. A courtesy call in the event of delays is highly appreciated.
STUDIO’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
Negroni Studio, LLC reserves the right to cancel a session if the client exhibits unreasonable behavior, aggression, or abuse. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
PHOTOGRAPHER DISCLOSURE
If you are a professional photographer or plan to become one, you must inform the studio before signing this agreement. You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
All studio materials, session details, pricing, packages, and business practices are confidential and may not be shared with other photographers or used to start your own photography business.
Negroni Studio, LLC will not use your images for marketing or promotion without your written consent. All information shared with the studio is treated as strictly confidential.
